Overview and Features: Polypropylene microporous filter membrane is made from polypropylene ultra-fine fibers thermally bonded together, belonging to a type of deep filtration membrane material. It possesses the following characteristics: - Made from food-grade isotactic polypropylene, with no additives used throughout the entire production process. - Exhibits stable physical and chemical properties with excellent compatibility. - Available in a range of pore sizes, high porosity, and high dirt-holding capacity, allowing for backwashing and high-temperature sterilization. - Excellent pressure resistance. Note: (1) Nominal accuracy is tested using the bubble point pressure method, with anhydrous ethanol as the test reagent. (2) Flow rate is measured under initial water pressure of 0.1 MPa, membrane thickness of 0.18 mm, and raw water turbidity of 3 NTU. (3) All the above parameters can be appropriately adjusted according to specific customer requirements.
